South Asian American Voice (SAAVOICE) along with Senator John Liu and Assemblyman David Weprin hosted another distribution of masks, hand sanitizer and vital health information to the community at the SAAVOICE headquarters in Jamaica, Queens. “The South Asian community was disproportionately impacted during the pandemic and we are expecting a second wave this winter. We are grateful for the continued partnership from our elected leaders and volunteers from all South Asians backgrounds working together for a healthy community,” said Rhonda Binda, the Chairwoman of South Asian American Voice.
